Taiwanese’s Oyster with Sweet and Sour Sauce


Ingredients:
Oyster
Chinese leaves
Chinese leek
Egg
Sweet potato starch
Flour
Water
Sugar
Soy sauce
Tomato ketchup
Sweet and sour sauce
Instructions:
Sauce A
Mix 6 spoons of tomato ketchup, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of sugar, a spoon of flour and some water

Sauce B
Mix some sweet potato starch, water and Chinese leek

Cut the Chinese leaves into pieces and crack the eggs
Stir-fly the oyster about 2~3 minutes
And add the sauce A and B to the pot
Wait about 1~2 minutes
Add the eggs and Chinese leaves
Wait about 3~5 minutes and add the sauce you like

*Some Taiwanese will add some soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
