Stewed Beef with Brown Sauce


Ingredients:
Short ribs
Red and white carrot
Ginger
Tomato
Shallot
Soy sauce
Thick broad-bean sauce
Sugar

Instructions:
Cut short ribs into pieces and boil it about 1~2 minutes
Wash the short ribs and soak them into the sauce ( soy sauce, thick broad-bean sauce
and sugar)about 30 minute
Cut the red, white carrot and onion into big pieces
Slice the tomato and ginger
Stir-fry the short ribs with ginger and onion
Add some water and poach about 50 minutes
And add red and white carrot to the pot
Wait about 20 minutes
Stir-fry all the stuff with tomato about 30 seconds

*Some Taiwanese will add some water and eat with noodles. It is convenient and delicious.
