Assorted spiced meat


Ingredients:
Beef
Dried tofu
Eggs
Ginger
Garlic
Green onion
Water
Sugar
Soy sauce
Rice wine
The thick gravy is wrapped up

Instructions:

Boil the beef about 2~3 minute
Cut the ginger, garlic and green onion into pieces
Put the beef into pot and stir-fry with ginger, garlic, green onion about 2~3 minutes
Add some soy sauce, water and rice wine
Poach it about 2~3 minutes and add the eggs, dried tofu to the pot
Boil it about 5~10 minutes and scoop ginger, garlic, green onion out of the pot
Put the thick gravy is wrapped up into the pot and poach it about 1~1.5 hours
You can add some sugar if you like it

*I am not sure do American use the phrase of the thick gravy is wrapped up. But you could buy it on the Asian market.
