
Ingredients:
Grounded pork
Tofu
Garlic
Green Onion
Ginger
Tapioca Starch
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Rice wine
Chili oil
Thick broad-bean sauce
Instructions:
Slice ginger and cut garlic, green onion and tofu into pieces
Stir-fry grounded pork with ginger, garlic and green onion about 3~5 minutes
Add some thick broad-bean sauce and sugar into the pot
Stir-fry about 2~3 minutes and add some soy sauce and rice wine Put the tofu into the pot and add some water just cover all the stuff and wait about 4~5 minutes
Add some tapioca starch, boil about 3~5 minutes
And add some chili oil
